There's a lot of great information being discussed at this year's NTEN (Nonprofit Technology) conference in New Orleans.
I've attended sessions that discussed the benefits and the concerns of open source software. I've learned about Google Analytics and why we should using this powerful tool, and there's a lot of talk regarding how to define and focus on your return on investment. (ROI) Web 2.0 techniques are also being reviewed and critiqued.
